| These were developed to maintain high boost pressures and allow better flow through the design of the cross section of the pipe. We did see a small increase in power but nominal - when we tested the pipes but it was steady boost levels they were designed for. The shape of the pipes change air flow more than a smaller constant diameter pipe - as these twist and turn through the cramped engine bay - optimum flow and no deformation under boost or vacuum and not subject to heat as the thinner imitations were our design specifications. |

| The exhaust system functions ok for the standard level of performance, however freeing up the exhaust will allow the engine to perform better as it can expel the burnt gasses quicker, a good design would ensure the gas pulses help draw the following wave of exhaust gasses out too meaning the car should be able to back on boost promptly after each time the throttle had been shut (like when changing gear), a sports cat (around 200 cells) would allow emissions to be within legal limits. |
